  This store has no idea what they are doing. I bought a iphone 7 and the battery was dead. They charged and attempted to back up my phone bought lost a lot of the data. I then found out within the return period (14 days) that there was a promotion for up to $300 rebate, when I called they argued with me and said I can return the phone but they won't allow me to buy another to get the promotion, when I asked why he said it was in the policy book. I asked him to show me the policy or the restriction on the rebate. Guess what he did. Put me on hold and then hung up. This store is not where you should go to get a phone from T-Mobile.
