  Today, I went to this store for a new sim card. After waiting for too long a time given how empty the store was, I was finally "helped" by an indifferent sales associate. She refused to swap the card because my account didn't specify that I'm a Jr. whereas my driver's license does. I found this entirely unreasonable and asked for a manager. The manager was rude and condescending. He refused to do anything to help resolve the situation despite the fact that my current phone is bricked, and I desperately need a functioning phone for work (also everything else). Luckily, there was a Verizon store just down the road where the staff was actually friendly and helpful. I'll never touch another AT&T product again.

  Today I when to this ATT store for some tech support for my Samsung Galaxy S8+. The problem I'm having it has to do with my screen showing a reddish colored for most of the screen. They pretty much told me that they could not do anything and if I wanted to filed a warranty claim I need to wait until next week when the manager gets back in. To make it worst they told me if I did filed the claim and Samsung find out there is nothing wrong with the phone. I would have to pay for the full price of the phone.
