I was charged $679 for a phone that I returned and have a receipt for, and the bottom line clearly states $0 owed. ZERO STARs or NEGATIVE STARs are not available!!!! This franchise or store is absolutely useless. Continuously gave us the run around on a phone that was shipped in for an upgrade. They charged us over $400 for something we didn't owe, and wouldn't even help us get in touch with corporate. Complete waste of time going in here! Very very poor attitudes and service.
