  Not sure why folks in the past have such horrible experiences, I know some folks are hard to please and don’t realize we are all human. Sales associate was very helpful, brought up chest freezers Sears carries on internet so we could compare to what was available on showroom floor. Found great deal on a 7.0 cuft Kenmore and had it shipped to store. Took 3 days to deliver and sales associate called me as promised when truck arrived. Helped load it on my truck and got it home unboxed no damage looks great plugged it in and let it run before I load it up. Would return in a heartbeat. Sears carries the name brands you look for when shopping for Home Appliances with great no hassle warranties if needed. Thank you Sears!!!

  The customer service here has gone from great to zero in just a couple of years. After speaking with the salesperson (finally) I walked out and purchased a new washer and dryer elsewhere. I have no intention of ever returning to this store. Run, do not walk, away!
