  Just plain rediculous. This girl that works there named April mumbles and rubs her big streched out ear rings. This store does not help you not know anything about cars. Go to Advance for knowledge and help.

  Know what you want when you come here and don't rely on them for technical information.. seems really lacking here. You'd think they'd know the basics but they really don't. Additionally, I'm disappointed with the way they handle returns. One of the things I've liked about O'Reilly's in general is that they have a pretty good returns policy. However, if you don't have a receipt at this store go somewhere else (Cumming or gainesville much better) as they will give you a heck of a time over returning anything. I moved here from another part of the nation where they have O'Reilly stores and have shopped those stores for years. When I had parts that needed replacing (due to lifetime warranties on them) this store simply will not take the time to look them up and will tell me that there is no warranty because I did not buy them from that specific location. I know this is BS as I can go to any other location and they don't even question it. I go here because they are the closest to my house but if I had the option to go somewhere else I would ( and usually do).
