  Customer service is horrid and so are the workers! Went on a couple days before prom with my Prom date to pick up a tux and the guy told us that the tux had already been paid for. We thought because we had rented it before they were giving it to us again for free and we asked to clarify and he agreed it was for free. Prom day we come in and they say it's $213( more than the first time we rented) and we were also surprised because the guy had just told us the day before that it was free. When i asked the employee about it she had an attitude and told me i was wrong and that he didn't say that. The employee who told me that was not even working the day we were told it was free. Overall bad experience with that particular employee and she sets a bad example for the entire business. If you want to rent/ buy a tux from a place where they are honest and happy to help you i would advise going anywhere but here! We will never be shopping with Jos. A Bank ever again!
