  Cannot say enough good things about flacks! They have just installed our new LVP floors and our house looks STUNNING! Everything from picking out our flooring with the help of Phil (who was awesome) to the delivery and installation was smooth and easy. Their installation crew was professional, efficient, and highly skilled. The office staff were all super helpful through every step of the process. I would use Flacks again for any future projects.

  My experience with Flacks flooring NOT GOOD! Very unprofessional installers, unprepared, poor English and I was in a position to manage and tell the installer what to do. On a Friday, near 8:00 pm I had to call and make the installer leave my client's house. Sales person Brooke also was unprofessional, and * KEPT AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!!! I am reporting them to the BBB(Best Business Bureau) * Think before using this company! They look nice, but will take advantage of you and NEVER give them your Credit card... they will keep your information and will USE IT!
