  I recently cracked my iPhone screen (for the first time ever, owning iPhones for over 7 years...). I took my phone into B+B to get it repaired. They were fairly quick with a turnaround time of about an hour and a half. It wasn't until I had gotten home (and way later in the night) that I realized that my rear camera no longer worked. :( I contacted them the next day, and they requested that I bring the phone in to get it checked out (as they had tested all of the functions before replacing the screen, and the rear camera had been functioning properly when they accepted the phone for repair). I brought the phone in a day later, and the employee that helped me out was PHENOMENAL! My child had fallen asleep in the car, and it was raining like a monsoon out. I took the phone in, explained the problem, and Tyler (the phenomenal employee) said it would be about 20 minutes. I told him about my sleeping child. He said he would bring the phone to me in the parking lot (in the pouring rain) when it was ready. In the mean time...with no phone to be entertained by, I remembered that both of the map lights were out in my SUV. I got out the good old owner's manual, and I started to investigate. Turns out, I was able to pop open the map light covers and remove the bulbs. When Tyler returned to my car with my phone (in the pouring rain, child still asleep), I asked him if he could find the map light bulbs that had been out for months. He gladly accepted my payment, found the bulbs, and returned to my car with my new purchase. Maybe it's just a kudos to Tyler for being such an amazing employee for dealing with me in the pouring rain, returning to my car several times when he need not to, and exceeding expectations, but he did. It really made my day, and Tyler needs to know that he is a valued, positive employee. Thank you once again for helping this stressed momma out in her time of need. Cheers!
