  We purchased a Bosch Dishwasher from Appliance Smart in Cumming. Howard was our salesmen. Howard gave us an education on all our options about dishwashers they carry. I cannot say enough about Howard's knowledge and feedback on making this decision. It was ordered and came in when the estimated arrival date was given. Best dish washer we have ever had.   Good products and prices - but terrible service. The dishwasher I ordered took two weeks longer than promised to arrive. The store never notified me of the delays; I had to keep calling or going into the store to find out why it had not come in. Nobody returned my calls, and nobody but the manager seemed to know how to find anything out. I got neither an apology or any compensation for the delays. I had asked that they waive the delivery charge, but not only did they refuse, the delivery charge was higher than I had been told. I'm glad that experience is finally over.
